This was my submission for the Street Fighter Tribute contest hosted by the UDON Crew. I didn't actually finish it, but I plan to redo a LOT of things in this pic at my leasure. I consider this a draft or work in progress.Related content

I'm glad that they added Elena to the updated Ultra Street Fighter IV. Her and Dee Jay actually have nice quotes to each other when one of them beats the other.

I'm glad they added her in too. She was always my favorite SF3 character, and grouping her with Dee Jay made sense to me.

Looks nice, but somehow it's not sharp enough, is it 3d?

The background is 3d but the figures themselves were painted in Corel Painter. I used Poser as a guide for the pose and the shading. The blurring and poster edges was done mainly for styling reasons. I just liked the overall result and how it made the figures relate to the background more.

Well, bits and pieces of the BG are 3d, but I plan to completely get rid of that anyway. Also, I purposely blurred the figures (via posterization) for a more stylized look, and to hide the imperfections until the final piece is done (hopefully this year).
