The best partnership of sky pirates that the world of Ivalice has ever seen, the Hume and Viera duo of Balthier and Fran.I'm soooo happy to finally have a Fran, and Kelly's done such a good job on her so far even though it's not finished yet.

Yup! It took me the better part of a summer. XD So many little fiddly bits that you don't realize are there until you go to make them.
