Dla mnie obrazek przedstawia rękę człowieka, który chciał zatrzymać anioła. Anioł pozostawił po sobie nieco piór, ale tak na prawdę odszedł i to od niego bije światło na rysunku. Wiem, ze tytuł sugeruje upadłego anioła, ale oto moja interpretacja.

My interpretation is...the hand is that of an angel (hence the feathers) that has fallen. Is this the case?

I put a painting on here called falling. That is of a falling angel. Perhaps I subconciously connected the meaning to that.
