The picture is very nice, the Alan Moore quote is dubious. The most 'sexually progresive' era was the 1960s and 70s, and that was hardly the pinnacle of cultural achievement. Divorce rates soared in that era. NowadaysΒ prisons are filled with the sons of single-mothers, and there is also a link between fatherless homes and youth suicide and other social problems. Also, 'sexually progressive' cultural shifts led to the ongoing holocaust that is the abortion industry.

Yes that is true but what is also true; thous sexually progressive cultures collapsed and gave way to sexually restrictive cultures. Sexually progressive cultures fall because they lose sexual morality, by losing that you lose the family and by losing the family you create a society of psychopaths and sociopaths.
