Well... she is very far to be as good as the original, but as I don't have that original, I will survive with this version ^.^
(After posing her, I think I should have move that hair to cover mor her forehead... I'll take note for the future -.-u ).

Things to do...
I don't have planes to make a lot of improvements on her, I just want use her in a fanfic O.ò And as she is now, is enough for me.

The meshes yes are possible, if you open on Blender or 3ds max this mod for example: adngel.deviantart.com/art/Jess… and delete her vest, the body suit that is under it, is completely builded without any holes, and there are not a lot of shadows, so the hard work is almost inexistent. The leg is just a texture swap.
About the shinning effect, that's not so possible, XPS has reflective shaders, but they don't interact with the lightning so it doesn't always performs very well. O.ò

The original body was taken from a link of DigitalEro, but a previous version of the Forum, now that forum is closed and I don't know where can find that model for download again O.ò
Maybe another nude mod who were using it, delete the head and continue using it, but I don't have it localized at these moments @_@

I'm using her in my fan comic, but actually, she is a character of Resident Evil Revelations, the game of Nintendo 3ds which are being ported to PC, PS3, XBox and WiiU for this month of May (too far yet Q.Q).
And we could say she is the Chris's partner in that mission, a sexy woman with great prophiciency in the use of sniper weapons.

She was a spy!! well, maybe not such spoiler, in a point of the game the tell there is a spy in the group, and you as player ask yourself, who is the spy?
- Jill Valentine? Err nop...
- Chris Redfield? This neither is...
- Parker Luciani? A kind sincere man, partner of Jill, fighting against the Bioterrorism by principles...
- Jessica Sherawat? A sexy woman who make indiscrete question and cover them with funny jokes...
So actually wasn't so spoiler XD Maybe in my fan-fic, I have evilished her more than she is shown in RE:Rev, but in fact. Jessica is a beautiful mask whose real loyalty isn't with BSAA but it's with herself and those who can give her the mayor profit.

Of course, feel you free to edit or what you like 
The body which I used, was the Chell nude one: [link] In photoshop, I turn his texture to black and white (ctrl+shift+alt+b) and in a new layer, I paint one colour (with the Bucket tool), after that, just playing with the layer blending and different colours till reach with that one :S (I'm not the best in texturing XD).
To remodel the head, I used the XnaLaraConverter to put the model with bones in 3dsmax, once there, the head came with 2 modifiers, "Skin" and "Edit Mesh" in this second you can edit vertex and such, I don't remember very well, I think I scale it to do her a few more narrow, and modified her lips also, I think I didn't touch her eyes).
The last thing was the head texture, I did a mix between Sheva head with Zoey (L4D) face texture, (after clean her bruises), I add some make up and recolor her eyes with the same process as the body. So the final color is more close to Zoey skin.
I'm using her, but if news Jessicas appear, for me I'm happy to use them too, in my fan fic she's the antagonist *.*

I didn't though in Excella, she has an evil beauty face, if the future, when I place Jessica and Sheva together, I see the similatity were unbearable, I will try that 2nd choice.
