I am sorry that you are having those problems.
I really don't know the solution, but for sure it is a conflict of WindowBlinds and your Windows.
The skin is exactly as you can see it at the screenshot.

surprisingly after i posted that, all the drop down menues started working the way they were supposed to. The logon/off still is defualt, but i'm not worried about that.

I am using this now (but pink) and love it!!
The only thing I notcied is that the start menu has a basic arial or verdana font, as well as all my menus in IE, except for the favorites which has a cool background and the font that the skin uses.
I just started using WindowBlinds, so maybe there is something I have to do that I don't know about, but it's not like that is something that is going to keep me from using this theme.

Well, since I've been using it a while, I guess I should let you know. Its great. I love the glassy feel and the white / light blue theme goes perfectly with all my winter wallpapers. I don't use too many different skins so this one is definitely a

This is a really nice looking skin. I think one of my fav parts of it is how you did the buttons. The little shadow under them really adds a great touch. Great colors and top tool bars. I like the start menu as well.

I like most of it...it's a bit too 'bubbly' though...the blue bubbles on everything is a bit much for my tastes.
