Ok this is probably a dumb question but I'm new to themes and stuff (just patched this morning)...
So in the folder with the "toolbar.ini" file, how do I set all those images as my icons in explorer? Like with the arrow buttons and stuff, how do I implement this toolbar.ini?

You need to install stylertoolbar, and copy the folder with toolbar images to the location which is mentioned in the instructions...

Hmm.. I can't get it to work. I have patched it and i have all the fonts innstalled but when i apply the theme from visual styles it's no toolbar change and no font change.
Ideas ?

..instead of what appears in your screenshot. I've installed everything included in the pack, and tried it over several times, with multiple reboots, to no avail. Have I missed something? Any idea of how to fix this problem of mine?

Enable styler toolbar by right clicking a menu in explorer and selecting it, then you can disable other menus.

I have a problem when the windows are maximized. The icons at the top right of the windows seems to a pixel or so high and the black border doesn't show
