Amazing work. The blue on the back of the head and shoulders really brings out the blue of his eyes. And the comb marks on the scalp really just pull it all together and make it that much more Real.
This is by far the best manipulation work I've seen in a great while. All the elements are there.

Great concept! I like the detail where the comb has indented the head but not sliced through. A good photo too!

....Ouch.
Possibly noticed as an attempt to not think about the "ouch": By all rights, the comb-teeth on the immediate (our) right of the sinking-in-ness should be sinking in, also, just to a lesser degree. As it is, it looks like his skull has a weird lump, that drops off suddenly.
Also, the large end tooth on (our) left should have a bigger trench.
These are minor things, though. SERIOUSLY, OUCH.
