Though I think it's a great expression, I would tell you with all honesty that this is one of the least favorite in your gallery because it does not represent the three parts of a good piece. The absolute basics of a piece, and there are always exceptions, are background, foreground and middle-ground. You only have foreground. It makes this seem like a one-dimensional piece. Not to mention she looks like an angel, not a real person. All the rest of your gallery is full of real people. With backgrounds and foregrounds and sometimes middlegrounds but this piece just lacks that aspect.

Thank you for your comment Carley, I really appreciate it. The purpose of this picture was to portrait someone in an androgynous way. In fact, the model is a he (Manuel). In a personal way, this is one of my favorites, but sometimes what you like, others don't, which is totally ok with me, 'cause it moves me to do different things all the time.
Anyway, thanks for visiting my gallery, and please, excuse my english!!

I love how the stark white you've chosen for his complexion draws you in, and clearly defines the face from the background. Contrast is fabulous. His expression and the light in his eyes are really captivating too. Great work - I think you've expressed something about this person through his face.
