So, I was hoping it could be a dark blue, grey ish armor and the body is made of a cloud like substance that breaks form in some areas and is electrically charged, so it gives off sparks of lightning? or...something like that xD

I can't change the substance of the body, but I can add smoky/cloud like effects along with the lighting effects if you want to!
That would count as a storm rakahyri which is the environmental type and is only 200 points / 2 USD.
If you want to make the price higher, I suggest you take the Multicolored glow or armor types which add +150 to the price each, or add accessories or skeletal head types to the price if you so please!

What color sceme- Purple and black? Maybe? (Whatever works best honestly)
What theme- Samurai, japanese-ish maybe even little bit of dragon styles? With the shape and patterns I mean
Other traits- Maybe he could have longer and messier hair thats hold together with another piece of the armor same for the tail that a piece could kindd of separate the tip from the main part of the tail?
Oh and maybe a more of a slimmer body type if if if thats possible?

Color Sceme: I'd like this body/ glow colour to be a greyish white, and his armor plate to be a mix of these two color: Colorforghosty I'd like the sand/yellowish color to be dominant mostly, and the red/crimson color to be spare :3 Feel free to darken or lighten the armor plate colours a bit if you see it fit!
