A Dectamiser has special adoption rules. You can only claim one for a friend every 24 hours. Your claiming must read:

"Claim for [link to user]
Name: insert name"

So, it has to be a link to the other person. It's not accepted to claim it for another of your own accounts. You must claim it for someone else. If you claim it for yourself, your claim will be ignored.
