Description
Hello I love object heads so I wanted to make me one but I couldn't find any linearts out there so I just drew my own but I'm gonna release the lines for you guys because I love youThis can be used as a TV head base too!
Paint-Friendly:
You can of course add clothing and accessories to this; mine is just nude to show off its glitchy body, and I was too lazy to put it in a lab coat like I wanted to. (Plus, then only like its neck and hands would be showing).

OR you can save this image and use the transparent png above if you can't use .PSDs for some reason.
Do not attempt to sell my example design. That belongs to me, please crop that out.
In my file there are different layers and some are grouped to each other
CTRL G groups layers, SHIFT CTRL G ungroups them. (Photoshop)
A grouped layer will only affect the area of the layer it is attached to (the layer below it)
All of the layers should be labelled as to what it contains.
All of these extra layers can be deleted if you just wanna color it all at once. The bottom-most color layer "Basic Main Color" is the entire lineart filled in. Everything between that and "Lineart" can be removed.
Rules of Use:
You can use these lines without asking permission! (but always link back!)
Feel free to change the lineart however you see fit for your design. (You can even trace over them if you prefer, but that still requires you keep my credit!)
You are free to use this for adoptables to sell! I would prefer virtual money, but I will not forbid real currency.
Do show us anything you've created using these lines!
Please do not remove my credit (although you can move, color, or rewrite it)
Please link back to this page or agency!

I made it! I used a lot of default photoshop effects for it.
Including:
Noise > Median (this rounded out the edges of the letters)
Noise > Add Noise (this caused the "static")
And a lot of copying and pasting.
I wrote out "Error" using large squares (ctrl alt + drag a selection will duplicate it) and performed the "median" effect on it, which rounded it out.
For the horizontal lines, I used a brush with "spacing" and "scatter" bumped up on it to make it jagged, and held shift while dragging to force it to stay in a straight line.

It shows the newest deviations that have "adoptadpoles" in the description or title. Strangely, yours do not show up, and we aren't getting pinged in our notifications as having a deviation linked.. weird! Thank you for showing us, due to that.

I don't quite understand the whole TV head concept.

There's not actually much to explain, really. It's an aesthetic character trait to replace a humanoid creature's head with something non-human.
Egyptian gods and some greek mythical beasts portray the bodies of a human with the head of an animal (such as a jackal for Anubis, falcon for Horus, and bull for Minotaur).
In some situations, the body is synthetic and robotic, while in others the body is entirely human. I've seen a TV head where the body is actually entirely invisible, with his body portrayed by the clothes and gloves he wore! (this would be RGB from the webcomic The Property of Hate as seen here )
There all sorts of objects used on the head as well. Another object head in the same comic linked above is Dial, who has the head of an old radio microphone (here ) and instead of an invisible body, he has a sort of robotic body.
Replacing the head with an object provides a very different tone and aesthetic that is enjoyable to many people. It provides a very surreal and possibly horror-esque tone to art and characters.
