Objective 1
Silvia was enjoying the sites, sounds, and smells of the festival, But still hadn't hung her wish like the others did
and was on her way to do just that when she was blocked mid step by a very lost Lunatone.
The Lunatone beamed and got to eye level with the shiny Ralts.
It asked her if she could help them find their Solrock mate.
Silvia would have preferred it more if she hang her wish first, and the lunatone could tell she was hesitant to help,
but despite the hesitation she agreed to help them out before she made her wish, and the two were off.
Along the way She couldn't help but talk about a certain Roselia.
Partial(1)+Shading(2)+BG(2)+Event(2)= 7 Levels for Silvia
(I ran out of time, I'm not all the way happy with this,
but It will have to do since I have less time to waste in submitting this. ;v;9 )

Aww, thank you so much! :'3 I hardly ever get to paint. I'm usually just I try to catch up to the level of line work everyone else has, lining is hard work and I can't say I enjoy it very much ;v; but painting can be fun if you know what to want to paint first! ^v^9

(I'm glad I finally have fast phone internet so I can sit down an type things comfortably ;v; I was stuck with unreliable public internet since the end of October it was mentaly painful to use, but I didn't let that stop me from posting things on time ;v;9)
