Description Below the main levels of the Cyber Tech division were secret labs that only special personnel were allowed. In the many months that Dr. Bryce had been lead scientist, she had produced some remarkable breakthroughs in medical, cybernetic and nano technology. She had been given free reign of her division and had not caused any waves, but in fact gotten several new patents for Wayne Enterprises and brought in more capital and investors. So, she had been pretty much left to her devices and do as she please.

Over time, she had fired and hired people she could trust and knew were loyal. Eventually these people were virtually the only ones allowed access to her research areas, other than Lucius Fox, his second and of course Bruce Wayne. Even most of the security personnel in this area had been switched out for people she trusted. And now the rest of those she couldn't trust were removed after the alleged attempted theft. As it turned out, the two guards responsible were working for her. She was supposed to release them to the authorities tomorrow, as well as give a statement herself. By tomorrow, it wouldn't matter, she would be on to bigger and better things. Diana will be gone and so will the Batman. All she had to do was finish her fortress against the Kryptonian and Martian and she would be set. Even Luthor wont be able to compete with her. She will crush him and put his head on a stick. Hah! The citizens will love her, just for that. She will be the new Wonder Woman and the world will bow to her beauty, grace and intelligence.

The world had forgotten about Dr. Cyber. Everyone thought she was dead. And that was partly the truth. She had come back from the dead three times now. Though never really dead, each circumstance had taken away more and more of her body. From the first time her face was scarred from molten metal to the helicopter crashing into a mountain wall. Now she was mostly machine with some organs and tissue left and of course her brain. Her most precious part. After her last defeat by Wonder Woman she survived and in a hidden Swiss lab had developed artificial tissues. She reconstructed her face in it's former visage of beauty from when she was a young and naïve researcher. Metal was fused with her skull and a partially synthetic and living tissue stretched over her face. The rest of her living body was part or her torso, neck and head. Her arms and legs were all artificial now.

Her tissue was not a complete success. It would eventually become necessary to replace every six months as it rotted and fell apart. But soon this was not going to be a problem. For years she had been developing a way to transfer the human mind to a machine and eventually to a living human brain. She had fully developed the positronic brain and mapped human brains onto the matrix, including memories, personality and emotions with amazing success. The results of this were her super soldiers, Tank, The Reaper, Ripper and Arc Angel.

A separate experiment was Stealth. A special cybernetic creation built from the ground up with a cybernetic body and a blank positronic brain. To that brain she loaded and programmed all the best traits she wanted in a personal body guard and special ops soldier. Stealth was the first true android built by a human and no one even knew about it yet. But they would, soon enough. Dr. Cyber would make sure of that.

Dr. Cyber thought of these things as she caressed the cryo chamber that held Diana, Wonder Woman, in a suspended sleep. The bracers that neutralized a god's powers glowed green on Diana's forearms and the chamber kept the now powerless Wonder Woman sedate.

When it came to Wonder Woman, redundancy was necessary. Diana was part god and part super human. Her mother was Queen of the Amazons of Themiscyra and her father the almighty Zeus of Greek legend. While that sounded ludicrous, so did a Martian Manhunter and a human looking alien that had the strength and power of a god. And it was no more ridiculous than the story that Diana had grown up knowing. Her mother told that she had been formed from clay and that all the gods imparted some of their powers to that form. Hippolyta was supposedly barren, but this was not true. The ruse had been created to keep away Zeus' jealous wife, the very powerful and very jealous Hera. Despite her husband's many infidelities, Hera stayed with him and always raged against his bastard children. Hippolyta did not want that for her daughter and Zeus was happy to agree to this as well. He did not enjoy being the brunt of his wife's wrath either, even if he was king of the Greek Gods.

The bracers would neutralize her main powers, but she still had the strength and guile of an Amazon. Care had to be taken in dealing with this. Meanwhile in the other cryo tube was the Bat. Payment to the psycho clown for him obtaining a much needed power source to make the grand transfer a possibility.

Her assistant Julia was making some checks on Wonder Woman's prison when Dr. Cyber was rudely brought out of her reverie when a loud voice from the lab entrance sang, “I'm Baaaaaaack!” The Joker had finally arrived.

Thanks for stopping by. Lab "stuff" by Nightshift3D and Mestopholes over at DAZ. Dr. Cyber (on the left) is Lavinia by Pixeluna, over at RDNA www.runtimedna.com/PS-Lavinia-… I used the cyber expansion package as well.

Characters owned by DC Comics and reproduced here for entertainment purposes. Original storyline by me, Arthur Dorety based around the histories of the characters portrayed.
