The first one is fairly straightforwardΒ drawing of inspired by this photo.
Then I traced the outline mirrored and imagined how it would look from behind, mostly from memory/imagination but also looking at a few other images to confirm the details of shading.
Then I tried to mentally rotate the image just 30 degrees or so, and that was really hard! This was all by memory/imagination besides looking at my original drawing.Β On this one I didn't bother drawing all those crazy braids/dreads so I gave her a haircut.
