can i ask you a little question?
i want to take pics for pose reference myself
and i was wonderind what angle is the best so that my body wont get distorded...sorry if you dont get me
till now ive been trying to set the camera around my waist hight...cause ive seen that most photographers bend their knees to do so. but it doesnt seem to work for me...
so next im going to set the camera at head level...but im sure that my feet will be too tiny...

I usually try to keep it around belly button height, but farthest back as you can will help with distortion

my problem is that i use a phone camera...so i cant farthen back cause the details will be lost
ill keep taking pics till i find the best heigh
