Description
This is different from usual scenarios that I do, whereas this map may seem like an alternate history where the Han civilization never arises, letting the other ethnicities to rise and create their own nations, this is actually tens of thousands of years after the present day, where nuclear annihilation has destroyed most civilizations. The advanced nations have survived and vowed to never again impose their will onto the rest of the world, and instead observe from afar. Whether that it underground, in space or maybe another dimension is unknown. However, they still interfere with the cultural development and have the technology to treat humanity almost as a video game, to be simulated at their whims. Thus, they have recreated actual history, however, in this scenario, Han Civilization has been restrained.
