It terrifies her to know so much about the future that she avoids others so as to not be forced to see others die. Those around her do not know about her ability and just think that she is a normal kind of shy, and the more friendly ones try repeatedly to befriend her and Rey just keeps resisting them. On her own time, she does enjoy playing with butterflies and dragonflies.
