Description
Built to replace the under-powered Huntress Class, the Specter is designed around the Viceroy Class cruiser with the sole purpose of patrolling the Romulan and Klingon Neutral Zones. With a large array of the latest in long range sensor technology to detect cloaked ships and enough armament to hold its own against similar class vessels, the Specter Class is most suited to the task.
Designed in response to a suggestion about the Huntress Class by MariahSyn

Only if you're James Bond or Commander Shepard. A specter is an apparition or ghost. (spectre is an acceptable way of spelling, just not as commonly used, similar to center and the British spelling centre).
