Description
constructed in around 2150, Earth Federal Government secretly set up Colossus station above the resource-rich planet called 12J4B, with the aim of doing a massive planetary mining to fuel humanity's need of energy and constructing a massive ring station, the Colossus itself.

The station is to be cooperated with the O'Oswell Flagship, EFG's research flagship, in hope of increasing their knowledge and military power.

However, as of 2197~ when the ring station construction was to reach almost a quarter of the total length, something heinous happened and forced the EFG itself to withdraw all of construction procedures and called off evacuation of almost 30,000 crews on board. The station was then left afloat on the 12J4B atmostphere with Fusion generators running, in hope that they will get a chance to retrofit the station and resume the construction process once more when everything is under control.
