Vilanda Hurricane were MBTs produced by the Mahanakorn Government under the initiative of fast autonomous combat vehicles armed with powerful armament.

The VH-1 employs a unique turret system that is a fusion between Gimbal and Oscillating mechanism, resulting in an extremely sloped frontal turret with extreme gun pression and elevation of +85' and -45', while having a thick turret collar to protect against weak spot.

Its cannon is the derivative version of anti-aircraft pulse autocannon with extremely high rate of fire, capable of reaching over 5,500 substantial RPM. The pulse autocannon has alternate fire mode which allows the cannon to perform anti-tank role with charged shot. The FCS is controlled by states-of-the-art AI which also control driving and all communication system at same time.

With speed in mind and to mitigate its novel turret system, Vilanda Hurricane has maximum speed on ground terrain of 150 km/h with 0-100 km/h speed in just mere 2.5 second. The spaceship inertia damper system is also employed to allow VH-1 to perform an extremely sharp turn without tipping over. The doctrine on VH-1 is to approach targets at extreme speed, unload the weapon and move out of combat area immediately and as fast as possible. The turret design also allows the hull-down tactic combined with evasive maneuver in country terrain.

Behind the VH-1 are two boxes (often heightened when in country terrain) containing repair combat engineer androids to serve the full-autonomous maintenance purpose and combat recon, should the VH-1 be cut from EMP or EW attack and unable to contact the central AI command.

VH-1 is in an essence, an autonomous MBT with light armor in trade of extremely impressive speed, fire control and heavy armament.
