When I look at these kids I think: "Hotline: Miami: 2000"
A bunch of rich bored kids get recruited by a sentient vigilante meme that hooks them up with military wetware and sets them loose on criminals.
Rich kids are valuable hostages so if they get taken prisoner they won't get executed
