Ya know, on top of people wearing seat belts. The world should use better seat belts. You wonder why so many people die in car accidents and yet most race car drivers survive their crashes. It's because the race industry uses better safety features. My physics teacher agrees with me, the idea of an object popping out of my steering wheel faster than I can see isn't very comforting. Race cars certainly don't have anything like that.

Race car drivers have HANS devices, though, so surely you might think they could be carried over to commercial driving/real-world automobile industry as some sort of a "mandatory" accessory... not sure about it's comfortablity for some people.

The seat belts are really comfortable, and makes you feel secure. My dad has them in his Porsche and I love them. I think the only issue is people's laziness. People are too lazy to put on a regular seat belt, so just imagine trying to get them to put on a racing seat belt.
