2-DON'T steal or or say it's yours.
3-DON'T make Rule 34, NSFW and Cringy things with the map.
4-Yes you can edit the but keep your edit private.
5-Now lastly. Yes, you can use it for your fangame but give credits to me and others people and you can port for other 3D programs like SFM, Blender, Prisma 3D, MMD, etc.
