Mr. Peabody and Sherman was a segment of the old "Rocky and his Friends" and "The Bullwinkle Show" TV cartoon series. Mr. Peabody was a very intelligent, talking dog (with glasses), and Sherman was his pet boy. So Sherman would have lots of room to play, Mr. Peabody invented the WABAC machine, that allowed them to travel in time. And almost every episode would end with Mr. Peabody saying some of the deadliest puns ever heard on television.
For example, after one adventure in England, Mr. Peabody told Sherman about a special plan, in an emergency, to put all of England's population into a zeppelin.
Sherman: I've never heard of that!
Mr. Peabody: You've never heard of "one nation in dirigible?"
Go ahead. I've got friends in the computer business, and they'll benefit from replacing the monitors that've just been smashed to pieces after reading that.
