lotsa time, buncha layers.let me just say that i hate this piece. have you ever found yourself working on something, only to find that the more you worked on it, the worse it seemed to get? well, that's this picture for me. after about 8 hours i was about to just scrap it, but i decided to just finish and hopefully pull something miraculous out of the ashes. it didn't happen. so why have i posted it? i don't know. so there ya go.

i did a piece referenced off the same picture cept i changed the face (didnt want britney to be recognizable), changed the body shape a little, and changed the hair alot. check it out in my gallery

Everything is great with this pic, except the hair. Thats whats makes the pic not that good in my point of view, but the rest is very good!

i agree. i actually think that's what threw the whole creative process off. i was trying to do a blonde, but it just would not work. i'd work on it, get frustrated, do something else, then come back to the hair and try to fix it, but it was more stubborn than i was. so, i've learned to stick with brunettes
