I think this every time I see this scene. Their faces were literally inches away from each other! Why didn't they kiss?! It drives me crazy when I think about howΒ the creators could've put them so close together, and not have them kiss.Β This is really the only complaint I have with this movie because it had so many cute moments between the two of them. But really Nintendo? Inches apart and you couldn't make them kiss?Related content

This is one of my favorite pokemon scenes ever, it always makes me cry.

It's just so sad in a way, that he would sacrifice himself to save Manaphy's home and the sea pokemon, and it touched my heart and I cried more when May started to pray for Ash to be safe, as well as Pikachu just as he was about to drown. It has to be one the best movies in my opinion.

Yep! And it;s like your think of the children one: May is seen by Manaphy as his mother, and Ash becomes king of the sea by fixing and wearing the sea crown so they are pretty much a family

It's possibly. I mean I don't hate the other girls but May has more personality and more realistic features, Serena is more human like showing emotions and human qualities, Dawn is just too cheerful, and Iris and Misty are just the same and just treat Ash like a little boy who needs help all the time.

Sure you got the moments that Serena tries to get close to Ash but Ash and may had more, I mean in the movie mystery if mew, May dressed up as a Princess and Ash happened to be dressed as Sir Aaron, the original Princess's guard.

I don't hate it, after all it's a simple "girl falls in love at first sight" cliche but Serena is practically throwing herself at Ash, where as Ash and may coaside with each other and Ash even partaken in 2 contests with may and takes his half of their ribbon with him everywhere

Exactly. A relationship can't work if only one person gives hints. And Serena is carrying Amourshipping by herself. Ash and May both gave hints as well as clear evidence and it makes my heart melt.

I do like the Game charcters, they create their own plot line and I often ship most of the rivals: May and Brandon, Serena and Calem, Kate and Keith, Ben and summer
