Description After attempted to sleep and failing I started tinkered around with one of the mods dragbody put out recently to try and change the Ghouls of Fallout 3 into the Ghouls of Fallout 4. As you can see, it was a success! With that in mind I thought "why not see I can bring in the glowing effect Oswald had in Nuka-World?" It had various amounts of success, culminating into two files.

Attempting to merge the glowing files with the default Ghoul had...mixed results to say the least since not all the glowy green bits wanted to transfer over. So lighting and leveling as much as possible yielded the left screenshot. 

The middle had a similar problem in that the default glow texture from FO4 was too dark, even during daylight hours but yielded great glowing effect at night because of it. So this time, letting the texture be auto leveled a bit of a middle ground in visibility, and glowing effect.

And finally, the right is the standard glowing effect at night. Which seems a bit more creepier and a little indicative that all ghouls are just essentially, living on borrowed time despite the extended lifespans.

The look of the non-ferals in FO4 I liked, but not so much the ferals.  Mind you, the feral's ability to "play dead" was bloody creepy....

I just finished Dying Light not that long ago so them playing dead was a tactic the zombies in DL liked to do as well that served to be an annoyance at times. After seeing that, it kind of makes me want to try to exchange some of the ghouls for the Volatiles from Dying Light.

I was working on a Resident Evil mod for FO3, once upon a time.  Trying to figure out how to get the zombies to "play dead" and not show up on the player's HUD was...problematic, to say the least.
