Description
After being obsessed over the vlogs for each of the paladins, and recently i watched the one for Shiro, I decided to make an edit of a Voltron vlog for Mako. This one was easy to do, because I’m very consistent in drawing. So, I decided to imagine that Mako would have a vlog for herself. She may probably not know how to do one, but the paladins have helped her make one.

Dialogue!!

*camera turns on, with focus adjusting*

”Hello. My name is Mako, short for Makoanwe Te Auyue E’oru’ite. Wait, did I have to say my full name...? Anyways, I’m a native of the planet Naesporexe’ea, and now I’m a pilot of Voltron.

I’ve never done this before...The paladins suggested that I should share my memories of them all. But I have to say, I didn’t think that I would actually learn that Voltron was real. Back in my home world, Voltron existed as a fairytale for children. But upon finding the Castle Ship, as well as the Lions, I finally saw that Voltron was, indeed, real.

Personally, I never thought I would become an ally of Voltron. Not only are the paladins my friends, they’re like family to me. When they first took me in, they had a load of questions for me. Like ‘Where did you come from?’ ‘What are your powers?’ ‘How did you find the castle ship?’ And so on, and so forth.

Some days, I never really know what happened to my home planet ever since the Galra empire had taken over. I didn’t know what happened to my father, and I don’t even known if my mother or my friends are alive and well. Sometimes I have nightmares about it. And I even doubt my senses. But, after meeting the paladins, they felt like a whole new family for me.

”Do I also have to describe my relationships with the paladins too? Yes...? Okay then.”

”While living here in the Castle Ship, I’ve bonded with the paladins more than I could. Shiro is such a great leader; he reminded me of my own father Calesius. And he always knows how to take charge. Keith is...an interesting character. He called me a weirdo the first time we met; he was suspicious of my powers. But after a while, he understands me. Lance...he can be annoying at most times, but he’s such a fun human to be around. Heck, the first time we met, I called him a banshee. *giggles*

I also love to hang around with Pidge. At first, I didn’t even notice she was a female. But I do enjoy watching her work her technology magic, even if it does annoy her a little. Hunk, meanwhile, is a master at cooking. He likes to enlist me for scavenging important ingredients to his latest cuisines.

As for Princess Allura and Coran, they have a special place in my memory. On Naesporexe'ea, their planet Altea is one of the sister planets in our system. We even call the natives of Altea our brothers or sisters. Allura is like a sister to me; she and I help maintain relations among other planets. As for Coran, he actually helps me map the stars and planets in the galaxy.

"Anyways, what I would also like to say is...I hope that I can help Voltron protect the universe. I care about saving the world, and all those innocent souls who live in it. My parents always told me that I was destined to protect others. And now that I'm a part of Voltron, I feel like...like this is what I was meant to do. And it makes me...complete. And I'm also certain that, as the mighty defenders of the universe, we will do our part to save the world."
