"Guardians Angels do not actually have reproductive organs and therefore do not have direct blood relatives. They are raised by everyone else who is present at the time and become close to each other because of it. They do have one other Guardian whom they call their Caretaker and who is responsible for caring for them the most. These Caretakers can be either male or female and one gender as a whole doesn't seem to do any better of a job at it than the other."

"Our Caretakers are actually other Guardians who have already had their first charge. They return to the village and help raise the newborns not only because we look out for each other but also because it helps them to deal with loosing their first charge. Emiris and I haven't been Caretakers yet, and sometimes some Guardians wait for a while longer. They just aren't ready yet."

"Mmm, my Caretaker was Lana. I don't remember a lot about when I was really young, but she was always very nice and patient with me. I do remember she was pretty close to Miur's Caretaker, Giaus, as well and often scolded him. I guess she didn't like the way Gai did some things, but I could never figure out why. Miur and Gai got along really well and they're both great people."

Did this pic for 2 reasons:

2. So people could see what Lana (Emi's Caretaker and essentially 'Mommy' ) Looked like.

Drawing babies is hard |D Super short hair and chubbiness everywhere.

Because I know some people might ask about it and since I don't have the extended racial reference yet:
Guardians really don't have reproductive organs, they're born from these glowing sphere things that are a collection of molecules and energy similar to what makes up humans. For this reason they also don't have and hormones related to lust and such and also when they die their bodies return to the energy state.

Yes it sounds weird, but I'm not going to argue with them.

And I totally butchered that explanation. >.>
