The pink inside of the ear shouldn't be all the way down there then, it makes it look like it's off. Maybe make it a bit longer too?

Maybe it's because you made it a .jpg? .jpg and .jpeg files often mess up quality like that, the best file type is .png.
Anyway, good job on the picture, hope to see even more improvement. [:
