Bright and early Sonic and Knuckles returned to the Stump House with their new stump, ready to learn some things from Leutogi! Moomy was ecstatic to teach the staxies everything she knew, but she found herself a little preoccupied with, well, parenting herself. Needy stumps called her name here and there, and she darted around the room trying to keep others out of trouble.
She returned after a couple moments to find Sonic and Knuckles chatting casually. "Sorry guys," she pulled nervously at her bandana. "I wanna talk to you both, really I do, it's just... I'm a little busy right now..."
"We get it," Knuckles assured her, though he looked a little hopeless in spite of himself.
Leutogi showed sympathy, "Here, take this." She whisked away towards the pantry in the kitchen and then back again, carrying a bottle of schnip-schnopp milk. She plopped it down in Knuckles' hand. "For the little one! And..." She glanced over at Sonic. "Maybe you two can help me, first!"
A couple minutes later Knuckles and Sonic were off by themselves, with one egg each to look after and the new stump still held safely in Knuckles' arms. He didn't expect his first lesson in parenthood to be spent looking over someone else's egg, but he supposed he didn't mind it either. Everyone could use a hand now and then, and this gave him time to take things at his own pace. At least his own kid seemed easy enough to look after, happily sipping away at the bottle of milk Moomy had given him. He sighed and smiled; things were going to be fine.

I finally completed my Bramblebright breeding for this month and got three eggs!!! I love them so much, but with a potion slowly expiring and a plan in my head--I need these three hatched as soon as possible! This completes my first round of the quest: Echo-Location! Moomy stickers, come to me!!!
On a side note, I'm rearranging Knuckles plot just a smidge to bust out these quest images faster, AND I'm getting help from my ever-amazing sibling, Hann-Nido ! Hann did the colors for my line art and also completed the background after a sketch I'd done! I think it looks amazing and it saved me a lot of time, thank you!!!
