So, in light of this upcoming Wyld Hunt, I've been thinking... I'm pretty sure I'm gonna participate this year, but the recent patch notes has me thinking it's gonna require teams again, which I guess makes sense lore-wise, honestly. (And I'm not actually sure about now 'cause they only mentioned teams for Haunted Hootenany stuff...  ) BUT, I dunno... Team stuff can feel kinda weird for me.
Long ago in a previous ARPG I was a part of, me and Hann partook in a big team event that started out pretty cool and fun, and a lot of teamwork and communication was had between all 4 members, until suddenly and pretty randomly, half of the team just went quiet and stopped communicating almost completely. One-word answers were given for suggestions Hann and I gave for completing prompts, and though we completed everything in time, there was no more back and forth with ideas and active collaboration aside from getting parts done and sending them quietly in the chat for the next person to work on, which sucked! It was weird to have a sudden lack of chatter without any explanation, and I've been kind of leery of team-based events ever since.
BUT, assuming Wyld Hunt this year will need teams, Hann-Nido and I are gonna try again! We don't know who our other teammates will be, and we'll probably post something in the Discord to look for them if we don't end up finding anyone, but I just kinda wanted to talk about it all here and make a goofy picture for it, ha ha!
As far as inspirations for this drawing go: I kept getting really big Undertale vibes in my mind when I thought about drawing this, so I really leaned into that, which was super fun and nostalgic! UwU The title's also based on an Attack on Titan quote that's drifted around in my head for years and which I also couldn't stop thinking of when drawing this.  Lore-wise, maybe Seed's thinking about joining the Wyld Hunt, here, when she's a lil' older. How do they feel about all this?
