A bit more mischievous than Boötes, but still rather mild

Very grouchy that he can't keep up with his counterpart

Is fine with being manhandled by Laoise, but is a bit more finicky and doesn't take kindly to strangers

Is fairly disinterested in most other pokemon, but is very attached to Laoise's other pokemon

Adores the affection Laoise gives him, even if he can't really express it well

Absolutely LOVING that Laoise doesn't fully know how shedinja work

Has some slight range of movement, but nowhere near what others can do

Occasionally wears a new harness, but usually is much easier to keep track of than Boötes

When speaking, there's a faint sound of singing that ebbs and swells as they talk

Constantly glowing, there is no off button

His halo is always present behind their head, no matter the angle and is not something physical that can be touched. It will however appear in front of anything further behind his head

The pattern on the halo appears to slowly warp and rotate it and is difficult to look directly at, barring looking at Arcturus' head

The eyes on his sides look in various directions, but may focus all on one thing depending on how much of his attention is centered on them

More cryptic than ever. he's a dick
