Depends on the software?
If you use sai, there's the pen tool for nice crisp lines
For Photoshop, use the pen tool with pressure sensitivity and shape dynamics at 100 flow and opacity then sharpen it

I love the expressions on their faces. Link looks all determined, as if he's yelling "Come on, let's get out of here!" and Zelda is just kind of standing frozen with this "OMG" panicked look. Awesome.
The lineart is great and the coloring and shading is even better. It's very interesting that you went with a mostly-pastel color scheme here -- looks very cool.
