Bio:
Reconstructed is a rebuilt version of the iconic Colorforms Guy, now known as Charlie. Unlike his Colorforms City counterpart, their origins are unknown to this day. He has the similar look to Charlie, only he has a red halo on his hat, and has soulless eyes that might feel you in danger. He believes that the city is unhealthy and needs to purge it in order to create a new world.
