I love your begginers' guide for photomanipulation!!!It's very clear and i got a lot out of it.
So.. if i dont annoy you too much i will ask you some more questions:
1.You said that i can use anything in photoshop that has a file that is supported by it..so can i find ex: medieval dresses and accessories in renderosity.com?And do i have to pay to download them?
2.I love the picture you did called Oppression and i saw the original picture you used..my question is: How do you turn somebody's face in a drawing like you do?Let me explain..in the original picture her face is "a real face" in the one you transform she looks the same but she looks like a drawing..i hope i explained what i meant.

1) The good stuff is paid, yes. But there are some free resources up there as well, you just need to search a lot.
2)Well, I didn't. All I did was paint the hair, and since hair frames the face, it makes it look a bit different. But the face (in this case at least) wasn't painted, it's in shadow anyway, so it doesn't require that much detailing.
You should start simple, to get used to the tools and so on. Try one of the tutorials I mentioned in the guide. That should be a good place to start
