Ryu and (my version of) Chun Li in one of those serious moments. Probably would be better if I could somehow figure out what to do for a background.
I feel like I've just regressed here.

Our sincerest apologies if we have upset you. 
That said, we hope you see from our video we have made outstanding progress and that our graphic novel is no longer a project in progress. It is complete. A Ryu/Chun-Li graphic novel is no longer a dream. It is a fan-made fact. Now we are just surfing art sites looking for Street Fighter fan artists who may interested in being part of something that is sure to be a piece of Street Fighter History. We're that confident in our work.

So, again our sincerest apologies, but with these, we would like to invite you again to participate. If you have even a flicker of interest in this couple, now is the time for them to shine, and we hope you might honour us by being part of what we have made.
Our book will be released on February 14th, 2015 for free for the world. It will contain over 250 pages of new Street Fighter content from three published authors, three art teams, and over forty artists from all over the planet. People in over sixty countries are going to read it. We sincerely hope you'll help us out, and read it too!

Wouldn't recommend watching it, except for the Bison and Chun Li scene, with the infamous 'Tuesday' line. It's the only good thing about the movie.

I'd put Vega and M Bison high-five-ing each other in the background. Maybe C. Viper pointing and laughing. A nice comical juxtaposition for the somber looking foreground picture.

To extend this further, the theme was meant to be a 'last stand' sort of deal. So, even if Ryu is to go all 'evil' and put up a fight, he's gonna go down one way or another. Thank you very much for showing your appreciation. ^^

I'd put Bison in the background, as Ryu looks like he's about to go into a berserker rage.
It would also explain how Chun-Li got thrashed.

I remember long time ago when Robin dies, Batman also hold his dying body exactly like Ryu...
The background DC used that time was: Totally black background, with a light beam showered from above. It's in B&W (newspaper comics) so I literaly couldn't see Batman's face, it's under the shade. The scene adds sadness to the death of Robin... sob sob...
The raining & storm idea not bad too, it will leads towards a shocking realization that Chin Li is dead... in Ryu's very own hands!!!! *spoiler*
