"Have you been Forgotten?"

When no one seems
to hear your cries
you lay in darkness
until your spirit dies
body aching in agony
knowing someday things
will be better
hoping someday is tomorrow
body stagnant
eyes screaming with their gleam
fading away as if not to be seen
as a ghost - your are unnoticed
you are Forgotten...

This is something I put together after someone told me that I was disappearing. Or rather, that I disappeared.

What did they mean? It puzzled me.
Did they mean my personality? Was I mentally dead?
No.
At that time, people would forget I was there. I would slip from their memory....
I was forgotten... Why? Because I let them. I didn't do anything to be remembered.
I decided to change that. Know, that I am Nona. Nona is me.

This picture is of a combination of Nona and Katara, as both feel the closest they ever have in the way they feel. It's hard to really explain...
