My first ring, made from scratch. It's the least blurry pic I could manage. Sterling silver sheet metal and moonstone. More photos of different angles of this ring are in my scraps ('cause they're blurry).Here's another shot: [link]

Wow....thats beautiful. How long does it take to make something like that, and how much effort? I really love the curls holding the stone up.

It took me many hours... I'm not sure exactly how long. It was pretty difficult to work with the tiny curled pieces because the silver is soft enough to just break right off! The satisfaction of finishing it is worth all of the work.
