Well, its missing something... like her right arm?? Β And salty water?? Β A couple spots along Lake Superior, or a wide chunk of the St. Lawrence River or Ottawa River, somewhere around 3 Rivers area... just saying.
The grass looks good. Β LOVE your moon and clouds and sky. Β The water reflects a `magical` glow.
Overall, its okay.
Sorry, but most anything "MLP" related doesn't do much for me.

Firstly, wow!
I love how you've given so much attention to detail. The grass and the water are very artistic and well thought out. Also the balance of elements in this picture is pretty amazing( ie. the water, grass, and sky ratio and there relative position to each other), and also this draws the viewer's eye to the subject quite nicely!Β
In terms of composition, I like the way that you've added little spires and structures in the distant background, and that adds quite a bit of depth to the artwork. The little orbs of light and the star( I'm sorry if I've got this wrong) also heighten the overall mood and give it a sort of ethereal, yet calm feeling. I also love that you've gradually scattered them all over so that it looks very natural.
The posture of the pony itself is really nice, it confers a really nice expression that complements the mood.Β
However one little drawback is the contrast in this picture; adding a bit more contrast would help the viewer discern the foreground, subject and background. Also, according to me, since it's night and there are light sources from many different directions there, a little more shading and light/ shadow interplay could have made an improvement. Although the coloring on the water is great, maybe the foreground( the grass) could benefit from a little lighting(for example the green could have been a little darker and there could've been some patches of lighter areas).
Additionally, some shadows on the rock(where the pony is seated) could help the viewer really feel the weight of the animal. Also some light texture would help it blend in with the background.
I do like that you've incorporated all these little details to complement the mood of the picture(seriously, amazing eye for detail), but I do believe that with a little bit of tweaking( perhaps just adding some overlays) you can make it much better than it already is!
