Description
A fan map for Akavir, the mysterious continent far to the east of Tamriel in the Elder Scrolls series. Information about the continent is scarce and we have never seen it in-game, so I was largely able to just use my imagination.I used a few brushes from the Sketchy Cartography brush set, the rest was done by hand then moved to computer. Flags are notable landmarks or locations, the other symbol means a capital city.
This map is by no means canon, it is simply my imagination. Elder Scrolls and Akavir are property of Bethesda Softworks, a Zenimax Media company.

I am going to be writing about each nation individually, using what little information I can scrounge up
I hope teh final map can be annotated in a similar way to this map [link]

awesome? how did you imagine them . . . I imagined them as mostly man-like
but with killed mutton chops and beard, with animalistic tails and feet of course

I made them really monkey-like, with lots of southeast-Asian influence in their culture. Since Akavir is kinda Tamriel's Asia I was meaning to base most everything off one part of it or another *shrugs*

and yeah, akavir is definitly like tamriels asia . . .but in some ways it is also like south america . . . or even africa

this map up here , is specifcally why I wanted your help . . . because I think it is . . . THE BEST akaviri map available
and you can provide any other work, or feedback you want for the project . . . I will ultimately be releasing it a a PDF
for everyone to enojy, and hopefully . . . thhe dream being that it will make its way to the headmasters of bethesda XD

I really wish they would tell us MORE about Akavir! I want to see the rest of the continents. Akavir(obviously), Pyandonea, Atmora, Aldmeris(even thogh it's lost), Yokuda (even though it sunk?)...I'm thinking of writing a detailed letter to Bethesda and asking them if they plan on advancing anything else in the Elder Scrolls universe. I would really like to see these races from Akavir.

I've got mixed feelings on the lot of them. Part of the reason they are so mysterious and amazing is strictly because we don't know a lot about them, so going there ingame would kinda ruin some of that lol.
But at the same time... Vampiric snake-men? Tiger-dragons? Snow demons? Sign me up! It just sounds too awesome not to explore
