As one of the few flying medibots and her low hight (but don't call her short, you'll regret that! xD), she's a great help when it come to hard-to-reach rescue missions.
Some say that she might be programmed and trained under Ratchet, but that's just a rumor. Well, because of her short temper some unwilling patients may been accidently hurt by tools. But this doesn't mean there're similarities.
And in the end she'll always fix and put them back together.
