Well, speculation as to who the 'father' was led me through the list. I thought it would be most funny were the father to be Larxene.
It came up that maybe Saïx is like a seahorse, and she laid eggs in his stomach.
Or, maybe she was like a wasp, and paralyzed hm to lay eggs in his stomach?
Thinking of him screaming in agony as tiny insectoid things chewed their way through his entrails and stomach lining was too funny to pass up. So, I backtracked a bit, and figured this would be about right for the 'why' of him being pregnant. I'm normally against males getting pregnant, you see. It's just so much of a stretch. This, however odd it may be, is far more plausible.
