Ok here is another 5$ commission I did for portalcomics [link] with the help of a great guy who I would call a friend. Sam [link] did the inking for me and it helped to give it that retro 50's look that the picture was based on.One of portalcomics favorite movies is Robot Monster from 1953 so I used that along with the rockets of the period to come up with this one. I thank you for the chance to do this art for you and I hope you enjoy.

thought about throwing a space background on there but it was to dark. After i posted it I realized the gound and his skin were almost the same colors. Thanks again for your help.

I was thinking about doing that myself. I ended up making the ground into the skyscape. It seems to have worked out nicely!
