Description
This is Commander Reaper's personal weapon.

Specs:
The Vortex-gun fires invisible silent focused microwave discharges. The discharges reach a temperature of 10’000 Co, which vaporize organic matter and fluid instantly on contact. Anything within a 6-meter radius of the blast is instantly affected. The Microwaves are capable of shattering or destroying most materials through rapid violent temperature changes.
Zeoron setting: Fires a discharge or a beam of coherent Zeoron energy, which disintegrates a volume of 10,9230m3 at the quantum level. All forms of matter are reduced into nothing but quarks and Zeoron particles.
The Zeoron quantum-disintegration beam lasts so long as the trigger is held, last for around 40 seconds before the energy is depleted. Needs 30 min to recharge after depletion.

Equipped with an advanced targeting sight which outlines targets even behind light cover. Certain materials targets cannot be outlined through.

The Vortex-gun is based off of the Wave-Gun from COD Zombies. But with my own alterations.

For a long time I had wondered what kind of weapon would be the ultimate one, I decided it would be an energy weapon of some kind, but what would it do? I then realized that disintegration would be the ultimate weapon, because no matter how heavily armoured something is or what material it is made of, it's still made up of atoms and thus it is susceptible to disintegration. But then I decided to go a few steps further; and instead of getting reduced into atoms the target gets reduced into quarks and other elementary particles.

In the story, Reaper designed and created this weapon himself and used it as his primary weapon for many years, until he developed an even more powerful weapon.
