This is the finished version that I just touched up a bit last night and this morning, and then added the smoke/fog.

I'm not sure that I'm exactly HAPPY with it, but it's finished none-the-less.

I had tried doing some details to the hair, but I gave up on it because... well, because I don't like hair.
