Description
I swear I had not procrastinated on this that caused the delay. But my obsessive-compulsive self urged me to add a few brush strokes here and there only to be cropped later. I'm just glad I have something I could submit again, this time of my ownSize: 11" X 13 3/4"

Watercolor paper
Pencil for outline
Coffee... lots and lots of coffee

Amazing, haha I was doing a volunteer program working at an art center and all the little kids thought my coffee painting was amazing... well yours just makes me feel as awed as those little kids xD

There's a kid in everyone of us and I am also amazed like a kid in a candyshop seeing at how much talent there is in DA thanks for appreciating my work

Hi! thank you, really appreciate it.
Yep, actual coffee. But I use instant coffee rather than the brewed. I melt the coffee with hot water then use it like water color. You can see my notes on coffee painting in my journal

want to try it myself with some landscape drawings
would be best to draw outside in pencil & bring it into the kitchen to paint
so will be reading your notes thoroughly again

I see some deviants using tea as a medium as well. Although I find that it's not dark enough for me and I am not used to wash technique which is best, I think, for tea. Good luck on your coffee painting!
