Here's the colored version of the sketch I just submitted. I was trying to get an Ink & Watercolour look with it. : )

'Tis a little Master & Commander pic I've been working on. Even though I've heard Russel Crowe is a bit conceeded and when I looked for pictures of Paul Bettany I .. saw a bit more of him than I ever cared to see (and yes, that's with the safe search feature ON. @_o; ) I -loved- these two characters and their interaction throughout the film. (Heh, and if Russel Crowe -is- conceeded, I think that trait may have helped with this character who ..kinda is as well. )

Anyways, jus' a coloring of a quick sketch but I felt like doing something realistic since most of my stuff on here is animation or video game-looking. I kind of want to do more celebrity portraits but I want to do ones of celebrities that are in famous movies but aren't themselves famous (like Haldir from Lord of the Rings; Dozer, Tank and Link from the Matrix, the Chief from the Pink Panther movies and any of the cast of Red Dwarf ) Afterall, those guys deserve some appreciation too!
