I love the atmosphere here. The mood and their expressions. The light coming only from one side adds some depressing undertone to it. Makes me think of that moment where Killua is waiting for Gon to wake up after they lost Kite against Pitou. It's Gon who cheers him up, but I always wonder how Gon would have reacted if he hadn't refused to accept reality. Kite's death was obvious from the start, but he was so innocent or rather naive to refuse to see what happened. Even Killua felt so sorry for him and tried to believe. As we can't see Gon's face I assume that he is sad here. Gon lost his energy to go on and it's Killua who simply looks at him in concern. I think you portrayed these two nicely and your coloring skills work very well with the motive. Keep up the good work! ♥

Thanks for taking the time to write this!! I wish I could have seen them have some screen time together after Gon getting healed, but at the same time I don't think anything could replace that heartwarming scene with Leorio. Being left out on the apology and having it played out comedically had me curious on how Gon felt after waking up from the brink of death to suddenly accepting the fact that his best friend would no longer will be traveling with him. I enjoy reading comments like these thank you~
